Returns, Refunds & 60-Day Double Money Back Guarantee

This policy applies to orders placed on homeproud.co.uk. It does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
1. 60-Day Double Money Back Guarantee
If you are not happy with HomeProud Pet Stain & Odour Remover, tell us within 60 days of the date your order was delivered and we will refund you double the price you paid for the product.
- Contact us at info@homeproud.co.uk or through our contact page with your order number and a short description of the problem. A photo of the treated area helps us improve, but it is not required.
- You do not need to send the product back.
- The refund is made to your original payment method within 14 days of us confirming your claim. Shipping charges are refunded once, at the amount you paid.
- The guarantee applies once per customer and per household, to up to 3 bottles per order.
2. Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Tell us at info@homeproud.co.uk or through our contact page, then return the unused, unopened goods within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return). You pay the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty.
3. Faulty or damaged goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us at info@homeproud.co.uk or through our contact page within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including delivery, at no cost to you.
