1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

2. Delivery cost

• Orders under £25: £3.95 standard delivery.
• Orders of £25 or more: free standard delivery.

The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).

3. Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 8 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) from the date you place your order. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link.

4. Tracking and delays

You can check your order at any time on our Track My Order page. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, contact us at info@homeproud.co.uk or through our contact page with your order number and we will investigate. If a parcel is lost in transit we will send a replacement or a full refund.
